Clinical Manufacturing
Particle Sciences will fulfill all of your preclinical needs, including cGMP/GLP manufacturing. We work to design delivery systems that are easily manufactured, with seamless transfer from bench to production.

As part of the integrated development process, Particle Sciences can produce materials to support preliminary evaluation up through GLP analytical materials to support toxicology and pharmacokinetic studies and ultimately cGMP materials to support your clinical trials. As we design formulations and drug delivery systems, we always keep in mind the eventual commercialization of the product. With this as a guiding philosophy, we strive to create and develop robust processes and formulations that can be manufactured using off-the-shelf equipment and ingredients that are generally recognized as safe (GRAS).

Having production right next door to the formulations groups means that there is an efficient path from the bench to scale up. In fact, our formulators are directly involved in early stage production. This streamlined system combined with full in-house analytic support insures that production proceeds as smoothly as possible whether for a small toxicology study or a full-blown clinical trial.

We operate a Class 10,000 clean room and Class 100 sterile hoods. We routinely support tox batch production, scale up and clinical trial manufacturing.
